How we work

Your results, kept accurate and private

Here’s exactly what happens to a report when you add it to Apexion One, and what we will and won’t do with it.

Getting your results right
AI reading, only if you ask for it

When you choose “Read it for me” on the upload screen, your report is read by an AI model that picks out each result, unit and range. Choose “I’ll check them myself” instead and no AI is used.

Every value is checked

Each value is checked against what’s possible for that marker before it’s saved, and anything that can’t be right is left out. If something still looks wrong next to your report, tap Feedback and we’ll correct it.

Each result keeps its own lab’s range

Labs use different methods and ranges. We keep the range from the lab that tested you, and we tell you when a marker’s history mixes labs.

Keeping them private
A private account

Your record is only visible when you’re signed in. We ask for your clear consent before storing any health information.

Never sold, never used for adverts

We don’t sell your data or share your results for marketing. We only email you about kits if you ask us to.

Yours to delete

You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your reports, results and account at any time.

What Apexion One is, and isn’t

Apexion One is a personal record of your blood test results. It shows each result against its lab’s range, explains what the marker is, and shows how it’s changed over time.

It isn’t a medical service. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or replace your GP. If a result worries you, or you feel unwell, speak to your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Home test kits

Home finger-prick kits are analysed by a UK clinical laboratory. Your results come back into your Apexion One record, shown against that lab’s own reference ranges. We’ll add the lab’s details and accreditation to this page shortly.
