Getting started
Is it free?

Yes. Creating an account is free, and so are your training plan, food log, injection log, progress page and blood test record. Home blood test kits are paid for separately.

What does Apexion One do?

It gives you a training plan for the gym or at home with demo videos and a rest timer, a food log with barcode scanning, an injection log that shows when your next one is due, a progress page with personal bests, bodyweight and private progress photos, and a record of every blood test you’ve had.

Does the coach give medical advice?

No. The coach answers questions about your training only, using your plan and your training log. Answers are written by AI. For pain, an injury, your health or your medication, speak to your GP, a physio or your prescriber.

Does Apexion One tell me what dose to take?

No. The injection log is a diary of what your prescriber has prescribed. It shows when your next one is due, but it never suggests doses or changes.

Uploading your results
What can I upload?

A blood test report from any UK lab, clinic, private testing company or NHS printout. A PDF works best. A clear, well-lit photo (JPG or PNG) of a paper report works too. We can only read UK lab reports at the moment.

How does the AI reading work?

When you choose “Read it for me” on the upload screen, your report is sent securely to our AI provider, which picks out each result, unit and reference range and adds them straight to your record. There’s nothing for you to do. Results in US units are converted to the UK units your record uses, and the test date is taken from the report. If you’d rather not use AI, choose “I’ll check them myself”: our basic reader picks out what it can, then you check each value and type any it missed.

What if the AI reads something wrong?

It’s rare. The reader runs each value through checks, and anything that can’t be right for that marker is left out rather than saved. If something still looks off next to your original report, tap Feedback and we’ll correct it for you.

My tests are from different labs. Does that matter?

Each result keeps the reference range from the lab that tested it, so it’s always judged against the right range. Labs can use slightly different methods, so we point it out when a marker’s history mixes labs.

Understanding your results
What happens if a result is outside the range?

It’s shown first on your dashboard with a plain-English explanation of what the marker is. A result slightly outside the range is common and often not a concern, but it’s worth discussing with your GP, especially if you have symptoms or it keeps moving the same way.

Does Apexion One diagnose anything?

No. Apexion One keeps a clear record of your results and explains what each marker is. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you feel unwell, speak to your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Your account and data
Who can see my results?

Only you, through your private account. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share your results with anyone for marketing.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Contact us and we’ll delete your reports, results and account. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

Who can use Apexion One?

Anyone aged 18 or over in the UK.

Home test kits
How do I order a home kit?

Go to Panels, choose the panel that fits you, add any extras, and check out. The finger-prick kit is posted to you with a prepaid return envelope.

Will kit results go into the same record?

Yes. Kit results sit alongside every report you’ve uploaded, so your first kit already has something to compare against.
