How it works

    OrderWe post your kit, usually within 1 to 2 working days. It arrives in our partner lab’s OneDayTests packaging.

    Take your sampleA finger-prick sample at home, first thing in the morning. Instructions are in the box. If you have periods, hormone levels change through your cycle, so follow the timing in the kit instructions and note which day of your cycle you took it.

    Post it backThe same day, in the prepaid envelope.

    See your resultsUsually within a few working days of the lab receiving your sample, in your record next to any previous test.

After your test
