Your delivery address for the kit. It arrives in our partner lab's OneDayTests packaging, with a prepaid return envelope.
Your date of birth and the sex the lab should use for reference ranges. The lab needs these to report your results accurately.

Your sample is analysed by a UKAS-accredited, CQC-registered UK laboratory. Your order is linked to your Apexion One account, so you can track your kit and see your results in one place. Your details are shared with the laboratory only to process your test.
